Take the Moment...

Just as we observe nature always naturally unfolding and actualizing in its own time with beauty and flow, we too are one with all of creation.

The flow of being and creation in our lives happens in the moment.

However, it's easy to lose sight when our day-to-day obligations sometimes force us to be out of step with our moments.

Here's a great momentary process to check in with yourself to align and and balance your natural flow-

Several times a day, put your hand over your heart and say -

(your name) I Love you.
